What is your capacity?

Our capacity is 50 tons per month. It means if for a 1/2” flanged ball valve, which weighs about 2.5kg, we can make 20 thousand pieces of it per month.

Can I design my own valves and get you to make it?

Yes, of course! Just get in touch with us and we will see what we can do.

Can I get 3.1 material certificate from Valwell?

Yes, we always provide the 3.1 material certificate and test report to customers.

Can Valwell provide 3.2 inspection certificate?

Yes, we can. We can find the third party for the inspection according to customers’ requests, but we will charge the cost.

Do you accept OEM or ODM orders?

Yes, we welcome OEM and ODM orders.

How long does your warranty last? What does it cover?

Warranty for valves and actuators is last for twelve (12) months from the shipping date of original purchase. It covers the repair for the defect resulting from the use under normal and customary manner. However, valve consumables (including body seal, seat, thrust washer, stem packing, stem bushing, and gland bearing) are not included in the warranty.

What is the biggest size you can make?

The biggest size we can do for ball valves is 24” (DN600). As for blind flange valves, it is 30” (DN750), and for double block and bleed gate valves is 48” (DN1200).
